At GONA Gallery, we deeply value the experience of acquiring original art. Each piece is a unique expression of the artist and has been carefully selected to be part of our collection.
π All Sales Are Final
Due to the exclusive nature of artwork (originals or limited editions), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed, except under the following conditions:
β Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:

The artwork arrives damaged due to shipping (must be reported with photo evidence within 48 hours).

An incorrect piece was sent by the gallery.
π¦ Requirements for Review
To assess an exception case:

The buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the piece.

Clear photo evidence of the damage or error must be provided.

The artwork must remain in its original packaging and must not have been hung, altered, or handled excessively.
π Resolution
If the case is approved:

A replacement will be offered if available.

If a replacement is not possible, a full refund or gallery credit will be issued.
π International Orders
For international orders, we are not responsible for damages caused by customs or any import duties. We encourage buyers to verify their country's regulations before purchasing.
